Physical Products

Physical products, including chart cards, flashcards, books, and other printed materials, may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • Free from damage, writing, markings, or excessive wear
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or an order number

Digital Products and Scanner Access

Digital products and access-based services are generally non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered, accessed, downloaded, or activated.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Scanner access
  • Beta tools
  • Digital downloads
  • Email-gated tools
  • Memberships or subscriptions
  • Online educational materials

Refunds will not be issued based on trading results, investment performance, market outcomes, user decisions, or whether a user agrees with the scanner’s analysis.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos if applicable.

If we determine that the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, we may offer a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Return Shipping
