This Shipping Policy explains how Odd Lot ships physical products and delivers digital products, scanner access, and online tools.

Physical Product Shipping

Physical products, including chart cards, flashcards, books, and other printed materials, are shipped to the address provided at checkout.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Processing times may be longer during product launches, holidays, promotions, or periods of high order volume.

Orders are not typically processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Times

Shipping times depend on the carrier, destination, and shipping method selected at checkout.

  • U.S. shipping: typically 3–7 business days after shipment
  • International shipping: typically 7–21 business days after shipment, if available

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Carriers

We may ship orders using USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or other available carriers, depending on the destination and shipping method.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email if tracking is available for your selected shipping method.

Tracking updates are provided by the shipping carrier and may take time to appear after the package has been shipped.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Odd Lot is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, returned packages, or lost orders caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that address changes can be made after an order has been placed.

Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Odd Lot is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package is marked delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors, household members, your local post office, building management, or the shipping carrier.

We will do our best to help, but carrier delivery confirmation may limit our ability to replace or refund delivered packages.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged product and packaging.

Damaged orders may be eligible for replacement, exchange, or refund depending on the circumstances.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available in select regions. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, brokerage fees, or other charges required by their country.

Odd Lot is not responsible for customs delays, import restrictions, rejected shipments, or additional fees charged by customs authorities or carriers.

Digital Product Delivery

Digital products, scanner access, downloadable materials, beta tools, memberships, subscriptions, and email-gated resources are delivered electronically.

Digital delivery may occur by email, account access, gated website access, download link, or other electronic method.

Digital access may not be instant in all cases and may depend on payment confirmation, email delivery, account setup, app integrations, or third-party services.

Split Shipments

If an order contains multiple items, products may ship separately depending on inventory availability, fulfillment location, or product type.

Shipping Delays

Shipping delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, customs processing, holidays, high order volume, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control.

Odd Lot is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or third-party services.
