Refunds will not be issued based on trading results, investment losses, market outcomes, scanner grades, user decisions, or dissatisfaction with a stock’s performance.

All content on Odd Lot is owned by Odd Lot or its licensors, including but not limited to the website design, branding, logos, product names, scanner logic, scoring systems, rubrics, educational frameworks, written content, graphics, images, charts, product materials, digital downloads, and software.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, modify, scrape, reverse engineer, display, publish, or create derivative works from Odd Lot content without written permission.

• Misrepresent Odd Lot content as your own

12. Termination of Access
